May has been a whirlwind of growth, learning, and community for Frenchie Kings! I’m so excited to share what we’ve been up to. Let’s dive in!
🌟 A Fresh Look: Website & Branding
This month, we launched our completely redesigned website! I can’t thank ROT$WORLDWIDE enough for their incredible work, patience, and support. They didn’t just make the site and my fabulous new business cards look amazing, they took the time to teach me how to manage it, update content, and keep it fun yet professional. This partnership freed me up to focus on learning and personal growth, and I’m beyond grateful.
🐾 Wrex’s “Show School” Adventures
King Wrex turned 3 this month, and we’ve been working hard to refresh his showmanship skills. After nearly a year off, we had to start from scratch, especially with the table, which is still a challenge. But we’ve made progress! We’re learning to "stack," and I’m so proud of him for sticking with it. Sure, I wish I’d found a “show-trainer” back in Florida when Wrex was a pup, but that’s in the past. Onward and upward! We’ll keep attending local shows, even if just to soak in the experience and strut our stuff.
🐶 Community, Clubs & Connections
This month, we’ve met so many wonderful people and joined some new clubs! I’m looking forward to my second meeting with the Greenville Kennel Club (fingers crossed for membership!) and excited about applying to the American Bully Kennel Club. We’ve also been enjoying walks in downtown Greenville, showing off Wrex and meeting friendly faces along the river.
🧡 Play, Laughs & Learning
On the fun side, I discovered Sora.chatGPT, and wow, what a rabbit hole! I had a blast making King Wrex the team captain of the Florida Panthers and an honorary Florida Burmese Python hunter. Sometimes, you just need a little silly fun! GO CATS!
💌 Frenchie Kings Shout-Outs
We did our very first Frenchie Kings Shout-Out this month. Something I hope to continue monthly or maybe quarterly. These shout-outs are my way of saying thank you to the people and businesses who’ve supported me and my dogs. Finding mentorship in the dog breeding world hasn’t been easy, but I’ve been blessed by some incredible women. Many of whom I haven’t met in person yet feel like lifelong friends. Their guidance helped me see that I was on the right track, and I’m so grateful.
🌿 Final Thoughts
If there’s one thing this journey has taught me, it’s this: Never give up. Never stop being humble. Every one of us starts out chasing a dream. Mine? A healthier, happier French Bulldog.
